Making lifestyle changes is hard and there is no magic bullet, however with this book in hand you have an easy to navigate road map! This book has two objectives: 1) to be used as a straightforward follow along guide for your workouts and 2) to provide an easy to follow meal plan options.
With this book in hand you can read it, print out the pages you need, and bring it to the gym or the kitchen because the work outs and meals will be already planned for you! There is a caveat however, I am assuming you have moderate experience with resistance training. With this assumption you should already be familiar with the exercise names and how to do them with proper form. When you have questions regarding specifics consult YouTube for videos because they can explain the form better than I can do here.
This book will provide you with a 12 week plan including exercise and meal routines that will help you make the lifestyle change you always wanted but was never sure where or how to start. This books is meant to be a guide, and an easy-to-follow one at that.
Unfortunately making a lifestyle change is not easy and you may fail the first few times you try this but this is totally okay! Failing and sucking at something is the first step to being kind of good at something, so don’t give up! Lifestyle changes take consistency! When you look at it from that perspective and adjust your attitude, it becomes easier! It becomes even easier when you follow “The Bodybuilding Recipe.”
